(Note: All rates have a 10% bed tax that will be applied to the total amount.)

We are a dog friendly resort which means we are friendly so your dog must also be friendly.

Required Deposit: At the time of reservation, a $100 deposit will be required. At the time of reservation for the entire Inn, a deposit of 10% of the total agreed on price will be required.

Cancellation Policy: If a customer cancels their reservation 14 days prior to their reserved time of arrival, there will be no charges billed to the customer. If a customer cancels within 14 days of their reserved arrival time, a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply.

If a customer rents the entire Inn and cancels their reservation 60 days prior to their reserved time of arrival, there will be no charges billed to the customer. If a customer cancels within 60 days of their reserved arrival time, a fee of 10% of the agreed on price will apply.

Unfortunately cancellations happen, however, we are a small family operated business and for us to operate efficiently and keep our customers happy, we must have the cancellation policy in effect.
